Kairos is an annual weekend for young Catholics aged 16-35(ish). It is an opportunity for YOU to uncover the "more" that God has for you, to discover anew His love, His promise and His gifts. It is a moment in time, a chance to stop and to give God the space to work in YOUR life.

There is a mystery hidden beneath the sands of time. Something powerful, something beautiful. And there is a power hidden in your own life. An untapped source of strength, courage, beauty.

A mystery and a power yearning to be unearthed. A fullness of truth yet to be unveiled.

In a world that is unstable and insecure, we all seek a secure foundation for our lives, and a new spirit to bring life to what is dead. You are invited to discover a new this foundation, this Spirit of God.

Kairos 2010 is a moment in time. A moment to allow God to take your life apart, to dig up the foundations you have laid, in order to allow Him to be your foundation and put your life back in right order.

Come and unearth the hidden mystery, and allow God to unearth the power of the Holy Spirit within you.

Eighty young adults came together for the first weekend in June 2009 and experienced deeper conversion, an awakened experience of the power of the Holy Spirit, and built strong friendships with other young Catholics from south east Queensland.
